Connect your ChatGPT account and every subscription invoice lands in your document vault on its own, including the ones for months you were billed before you connected.

Twice a day

New subscription invoices land in your document vault without you downloading or forwarding anything. The first check also works back through your billing history, so the invoices for months you already paid for arrive too.

The original PDF, read on arrival

What lands in your vault is OpenAI's own invoice file, not a screenshot or a re-print. Expensicat reads it like any other document, so the supplier, date, and amount are filled in by the time you open it, and the invoice is ready to match against the card charge.

Your password stays yours

Connecting opens a private browser session inside Expensicat. You sign in to OpenAI yourself in that window (there's a Paste button for password managers, because a keyboard paste doesn't always reach it), and it closes itself the moment you're through. Expensicat keeps the signed-in session and never sees or stores your password. If OpenAI signs you out later, the checks pause and you get a notification asking you to sign in again, rather than invoices quietly stopping.

Passkeys aren't supported yet

If your OpenAI account signs in with a passkey, it can't connect right now. The passkey stays on your device and the sign-in window runs on ours, so there's nothing for it to reach. Passkey sign-in is coming through the Expensicat browser extension, which will let you connect from the browser your passkey already lives in. Everything else connects today from Settings → Integrations → ChatGPT.
