What do I pay during beta?
Expensicat is free during beta. You can get started without a credit card. The launch prices shown here do not apply while beta is running.
What happens when beta ends?
Every workspace gets a 14-day trial when beta ends, so you have time to choose a plan before you are charged. You will receive at least 30 days' notice before the beta ends.
Will there be a free plan after beta?
Yes. A Free plan with a monthly usage allowance will remain available after beta, without a credit card requirement.
Is usage included in the plan price?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance for assistant usage and document processing. After beta, usage beyond that allowance is billed based on what you use. Your billing dashboard shows the allowance, usage, and estimated monthly cost.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel without a cancellation penalty.
