1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Expensicat.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Parties & Eligibility

  • Parties: These Terms are between you and QuickBits OÜ.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts. Accounts for under-18s will be terminated.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register and provide accurate, complete information, and keep it updated. You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, QuickBits OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes.

5. User Content

By submitting content, you grant QuickBits OÜ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You warrant you own or control all rights to the content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Transmit malware or spam.
  • Reverse engineer the Service.
  • Interfere with security or others' access.

7. Fees and Billing

Use of paid features requires payment of subscription or usage fees as described on our Pricing page. Fees may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable; cancellations take effect at end of paid term.

8. Modifications to Terms

QuickBits OÜ may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, without liability. Upon termination, your license and rights cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBits OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickBits OÜ and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or use of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
